Residential Treatment Facility Manager

Provides oversight of THIRA’s Residential Treatment Facility’s daily operations, compliance with state licensing and The Joint Commission (TJC) regulations. Ensures appropriate care and supervision is provided for each patient. Will also provide clinical and administrative supervision of RTF staff, including ensuring documentation compliance. Will also provide direct clinical care of patients and their families, including crisis intervention, individual, group and family therapy, and may facilitate special therapeutic services and interventions when needed.
