Care that makes room for life

Treatment Should Support Your Life, Not Ignore It

Treatment needs to work alongside the realities of daily life, including work, caregiving, transportation, and time at home. Admissions can listen to what support you need and help you compare in-person and virtual options that may be workable.

Finding care that fits your life

You Do Not Have to Sort Through Every Option Alone

The right starting point depends on how you are feeling, what is becoming difficult in daily life, how much support you have at home, and how much structure would help right now. Your schedule and ability to participate virtually or in person matter too. Admissions can listen to the whole picture and help make the choices easier to understand.

Topics to discuss with admissions

  • Weekly therapy no longer feels like enough support
  • Strong emotions, anxiety, depression, trauma-related distress, or relationship difficulties are disrupting daily life
  • You are moving from residential treatment into PHP or from PHP into IOP and want continued structure and support
  • You want practical DBT skills you can use during difficult moments
  • Morning, evening, virtual, or in-person care could make treatment more workable
  • You or someone you love needs help understanding what to do next

Find Adult Care That Fits Your Needs and Daily Life

Women and gender non-conforming adults can access residential treatment, PHP, and IOP at THIRA Health. Adults of all genders can join virtual IOP in the morning or evening. You do not need to know which program is right before reaching out; Admissions can help you compare the support, schedule, and treatment setting that may fit.

Program details are confirmed during admissions. THIRA Health is not an acute-care hospital or emergency service.

Care for women and gender non-conforming adults
