All-Gender Morning and Evening Intensive Outpatient Program

All-gender morning and evening intensive outpatient care

Adult All-Gender IOP With Morning and Evening Virtual Options

THIRA Health’s all-gender IOP offers adults 18 and older an inclusive virtual treatment community grounded in DBT. Morning and evening schedules make it possible to compare how structured care may fit alongside work, relationships, responsibilities, and daily life.

Based in Bellevue, THIRA Health supports people across Washington, including greater Seattle. Ask admissions about eligibility and location requirements for virtual IOP.

Compare both schedules, then ask whether IOP and the virtual format fit.

Inclusive virtual care for adults

Choose a Morning or Evening Rhythm Without Changing the Level of Care

Both all-gender tracks are virtual, DBT-centered IOPs for adults. Admissions confirms whether the group community, virtual format, and IOP structure fit.

A treatment community open to all genders

Belonging Is Part of the Program, Not an Extra Feature

Group treatment works best when people can participate without being asked to set aside important parts of who they are. THIRA Health offers gender-affirming, culturally responsive care that considers how identity, race, sexuality, neurodiversity, relationships, and life context shape mental health.

Topics to discuss with admissions

  • An adult needs more support than once-weekly therapy
  • The person can remain safe at home outside program hours
  • A virtual morning or evening schedule fits current responsibilities
  • Anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, mood instability, or intense emotions are affecting daily life
  • The client is stepping down from a higher level of care
  • An all-gender therapeutic community feels like an appropriate fit

Structured support from home

What THIRA Health brings to treatment

DBT Skills for Everyday Life

DBT provides a shared language for noticing what is happening, tolerating distress, regulating emotions, and navigating relationships. The exact treatment plan is individualized, and DBT is integrated with the clinical, relational, and whole-person supports appropriate to the program.
MindfulnessNotice thoughts, emotions, and urges with more clarity before reacting automatically.
Distress toleranceUse practical strategies to get through painful moments without making them harder.
Emotion regulationUnderstand vulnerability patterns and build responses that support greater stability.
Interpersonal effectivenessPractice asking, setting boundaries, maintaining self-respect, and repairing relationships.

Virtual care, real participation

Your Treatment Space Can Be Part of Your Everyday Life

Virtual IOP lets adults join structured treatment from a private setting while staying connected to work, relationships, and responsibilities. Admissions can help determine whether virtual participation and the group format are a good fit.
