Taro Milk Tea with Boba
Ingredients:
½ cup boba
4 cups of soymilk
¼ cup of taro powder
2 cups ice
2 tablespoons of honey
Instructions:
Boil 1 quart water and add the black boba pearls and cook until each pearl floats .
In a blender, combine soymilk, taro powder, honey and ice. Blend until smooth.
In a tall glass, divide boba equally and place at the bottom of each glass. Carefully pour the blended taro milk tea in each glass. Add a wide straw and serve immediately.
Time: 15 mins.
Yield: 4 servings
Matcha milk tea with boba
Ingredients:
½ cup boba
4 cups soymilk (or other milk of choice)
2 tablespoon matcha powder
2 cups ice
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:

Honey Milk Tea with Boba
Ingredients:
½ cup boba
4 cups soymilk (or other milk of choice)
2 black tea bags
2 cups ice
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
In a medium saucepan, add soymilk, tea bags (keeping the strings outside of the pan), and honey. Heat over medium-low heat for 8 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and let chill in the fridge overnight.
In a small saucepan, boil 1 quart water. Add black boba pearls and cook until each pearl floats. Divide boba equally in a 4 tall glasses and place at the bottom of each glass. Divide ice equally in each of the glasses.
Total time: 15 minutes
Yield: 4 servings
