Our holistic, DBT-based treatments effectively address depression, anxiety, mood disorders, bipolar and borderline personality disorder, PTSD and trauma, self-harm and suicidal ideation, eating disorders, and other mental health challenges with a compassionate approach.

THIRA’s DBT-based residential program provides 24 hour comprehensive support and guidance to facilitate quick, effective, and lasting learning of DBT skills – helping participants cope with distress, communicate their needs, and regulate emotions to ultimately build a life worth living.
