Have you ever wanted to spice things up with your grilled cheese sandwich? We recommend adding a bit of cayenne pepper to add a different flavor to this classic meal. 2 tablespoons of butter
2 slices of white bread
2 slices of Medium Cheddar cheese
2 slices of Pepper jack cheese
½ small onion, chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, chopped (add as little or as much as you would like!)
Cayenne pepper and garlic powder for taste (add as little or as much as you would like!)
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Spread butter onto one side of each slice of bread.
Place the buttered side of each slice of bread down in the skillet.
Lay the slices of cheese, onion, jalapeno pepper and feel free to top off the slices of bread with cayenne pepper and garlic powder.
Place each slice on top of each other and keep flipping and frying the sandwich until both sides are toasted.
